Adventures of a College Sophomore

Spring Break was the perfect way to spend a week away from UNI, not that I don't love it here, but when I am in school I don't really seem to get the chance to be lazy. Which is only fun to do every once in while, but everybody needs a break sometimes. I also had to sign up for summer classes before I left which made me really realize that I have learned so much from being at UNI it is amazing. I feel so much smarter now. I can talk with professionals in my field of study and understand what they are talking about. I don't think I am liking this whole "adult" thing though..not that I need someone to take care of me, but I realize sometimes it just isn't that much fun.

Spring Break in North Dakota doesn't sound like it would be ideal, but I was warmer there almost all week and it was really neat to see a state I wouldn't have chose to otherwise vacation in. Everything up there is so spread out. Even the houses in cities had huge yards. Everyone up there is so laid back and polite it was really nice. I also was able to make a trip to the Theodore Roosevelt National Park, which is about an hour away from the North Dakota-Montana boarder. It was gorgeous. Inside the park was lots of wild animals all were free roaming. The park consists of two units, a North and a South unit. We were fortunately able to go to both. here are some pictures
