Use it before you lose it

Ever notice how we often spend thousands of dollars for a coffin that we immediately bury in the ground? Now that's not logical.

We need to be more practical. I think we should buy our coffins years before we die and then use them for practical purposes while we're alive. We could use it as a chest to put keepsakes in. We could cushion it like a bench, and put it near the door and place our shoes in it when we come in from the outside. We could use it to store tools in the garage. Hey, it might even make an okay work bench. At least when they finally bury you in it, they can say you got some good use out of it. You might even be fond of it. And while it's sitting around the house it will remind you that you won't live forever so you better live life as best you can.
