Consultant Chat
During normal university work days, the Chat service is staffed by trained student consultants and permanent employees and is an excellent resource for any inquiries of a computing nature. If the consultant cannot assist you, she or he will refer your call to someone with the appropriate expertise who will subsequently contact you to assist. Password resets are NOT performed via this service.
ITS Educational Technology will sponsor a session on Virtual Worlds at noon, Wednesday, Nov. 19, in StudioIT, Room 134, ITTC. Dan Power and Susan Wurtz, from the College of Business Administration, will talk about the current and potential uses of virtual worlds for educational, business and social interactions, using Second Life to illustrate. Bring your lunch and join the fun.
