During that time there will be a reboot of the voice messaging system, resulting in an outage of approximately 10 minutes or less. During the outage period, there will be no access to voice mail boxes nor auto attendant functions (Press 1 for A, Press 2 for B, etc.). Incoming telephone calls normally covering/rolling over to voice mail will receive ring no-answer during this time. The maintenance window will not impact outgoing calls, and will not impact incoming calls designated for live-answer. The data refresh error was not discovered in time to initiate another system restart.
