it's been too long.

so i can say that i've had a pretty eventful summer so far, and that's the way i like it. finals went great, in fact. there was one that i felt pretty shaky on, but ended up with an A in the class, so i was satisfied.

i don't know if i wrote this earlier... but i changed officially changed my major and officially added a minor. now i'm cj, the sophomore french and political communication major with a minor in women's and gender studies, from cedar falls, ia. that's got a nice ring to it i suppose...

so after finals, i hit the road with my friend amanda and we went to colorado for a week to visit my family. i love it out there, and i plan to end up there at some point in my life... after i accomplish everything else i want to do. nothing makes me happier than being in that beautiful place.

so after that awesome trip, i lived out of my friend sarah's room for a week... then moved into hagemann for summer orientation staff! i've loved the past... 6 weeks of this job... and while we only have one more left (monday), i can't wait to do this again in the future. somehow i'm addicted to academic advising, and i love meeting all the freshmen who are coming!

anyways... i gotta give a shout to all my coworkers! you guys are amazing and it's such a bummer that our summer together is almost over! here's to steph, jen, pants, boy, teej, andrew, jenna, amanda, rohlfy, lise, nate, habbi?, keish, shanshan, and lex!

gotta jet now! it's saturday... which means i have to run all the errands i couldn't run during the week!
